SouthernSun Small Cap Fund
The SouthernSun Small Cap Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by applying our proprietary methodology of analyzing smaller capitalization companies based on financial strength, management adaptability, and niche dominance. In doing so, we look for companies we feel are trading at significant discounts to our view of their long-term value.
The fund generally holds between twenty (20) and thirty (30) companies. No single name will be more than ten percent (10%) of the Fund’s market value. No single industry will be more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the Fund’s market value.
There are two share classes of the SouthernSun Small Cap Fund available. The Investor share class (SSSFX) and the Institutional share class (SSSIX). Please see the prospectus for more details regarding these two share classes.
